In a case where multiple objects as candidates for operation are present in an object image taken by a camera or an object image acquired externally, the processor is configured to detect one or more of the objects present at a center position of the object image as the candidates for operation or detect one or more of the objects superposed on a user image of a part of a body of the user operating the information processing apparatus as the candidates for operation.
