The upper lock part has an upper lock part housing, a locking mechanism and a first locking element. The lower lock part has a lower lock part housing and a second locking element. The second locking element is pivotable about a swivel axis between a blocking position and a release position, whereby in the blocking position the second locking element cooperates with the first locking element in such a way that the cover is blocked.
