The receiving circuitry can be configured to receive a configuration indicating that a preconfigured number of consecutive symbols within a slot are used for a sidelink transmission. The receiving circuitry can be further configured to receive the sidelink transmission over the preconfigured number of consecutive symbols within the slot. The processing circuitry can be configured to process a data transmission of the sidelink transmission received over the preconfigured number of consecutive symbols within the slot.
