The pixel circuit includes a data write module, a drive module and a compensation module. The data write module is configured to selectively provide a data signal for the drive module. The drive module is configured to provide a drive current for the light-emitting element and includes a drive transistor. The compensation module is configured to compensate for the threshold voltage of the drive transistor. The operation of the pixel circuit includes a bias stage. During the bias stage, the data write module and the drive module are on, the compensation module is off, and the data signal is written to the drain of the drive transistor to adjust the bias state of the drive transistor.
