The method, performed by a UE, includes obtaining vehicle communication configuration information, determining, for vehicle communication, at least one of whether data is to be relayed, allocated resources, or a waveform, based on the obtained vehicle communication configuration information, and transmitting or receiving signals to or from at least one other UE based on the determination result.
