The gas flow channel includes a first flow channel including the valve-side opening portion, and a second flow channel including the tank-side opening portion, and includes an intersection portion in which a first center axis that is a center axis of the first flow channel and a second center axis that is a center axis of the second flow channel intersect with each other. A center axis of the solenoid valve coincides with an extension line of the first center axis and a center axis of the manual valve coincides with an extension line of the second center axis.
