Additionally, each louver blade of the plurality of louver blades includes a retention aperture formed therethrough, where each louver blade of the plurality of louver blades extends through a respective blade aperture of the plurality of blade apertures. Moreover, the insert extends through the retention aperture of each louver blade of the plurality of louver blades.
