The optical blocking layer is located between the flexible substrate and the pixel array. The optical blocking layer includes a first sub-layer and a second sub-layer. The first sub-layer is located between the second sub-layer and the flexible substrate, and a refractive index of the first sub-layer is different from a refractive index of the second sub-layer.
