The inductor component further includes a first electrode disposed on the first collar; a second electrode disposed on the second collar; and a wire electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode and wound around the winding core portion in such a manner as to form a plurality of wound regions arranged along the axial direction of the winding core portion. A distance between adjacent ones of the wound regions is greater than a winding pitch of the wire in each of the wound regions.
