Repeated motion of the pelvis and shoulders of the user may be contra lateral. The motions of the user may mimic walking. The apparatus may include a chair. The apparatus may include a sensor. The sensor may be used to control the apparatus and/or the sensor may be used to adjust the movement regime according to the user. The apparatus may help for example, to mobilize limited mobility users and/or to train healthier habits.
