In embodiments, the wearable drinking device comprises at least one retaining member; a frame member; and two arms. The at least one retaining member is configured for being secured to the at least one retaining member. In embodiments, the wearable drinking device comprise at least one cap detachably secured to the at least one retaining member. In embodiments, a method of using the wearable drinking device comprise providing a wearable drinking device comprising at least one retaining member, at least one cap and a frame member; filling the at least one retaining member with a liquid; securing the at least one cap to the at least one retaining member; securing the at least one retaining member to the frame member; and positioning the frame member on a user's face.
