The apparatus for probing and cutting is connectable to the handle and includes an elongated member, a probe, and a blade. The probe and the blade are selectively deployable from the elongate member via activation of the one or more triggers on the handle. The adaptor is configured to selectively connect the apparatus to the handle in a predetermined orientation.
