The battery pack comprises a case, a cavity structure being provided in the bottom of the case; and a plurality of battery cells, the plurality of battery cells being stacked at the bottom of the case, and an end surface, facing the bottom of the case, of each of the battery cells being provided with an explosion-proof valve, wherein a structural layer, facing the explosion-proof valve, of the bottom of the case is provided with a weak area, and gas in the battery cell during thermal runaway of any battery cell may be collected via the weak area into the cavity structure and then is discharged.
