The controller is configured to execute operations including: identifying a user; acquiring attribute information for the user, the attribute information being stored in association with the user; estimating, from the attribute information, a power consumption amount for an environment preferred by the user; determining whether the power consumption amount is equal to or greater than a predetermined value; upon determining that the power consumption amount is equal to or greater than the predetermined value, guiding the user to a first space; and upon determining that the power consumption amount is less than the predetermined value, guiding the user to a second space, wherein a power consumption amount for the first space is greater than a power consumption amount for the second space.
