The information processing device includes a controller that is configured to transmit an acquisition request for first information about music that is being played back in a vehicle, in relation to a target vehicle among one or a plurality of vehicles existing in a periphery, receive the first information related to the target vehicle from a predetermined device possessing the first information related to the target vehicle, and output the first information related to the target vehicle. The predetermined device may be a first information processing device that is placed inside the target vehicle, or may be a predetermined server.
