The reinforcing plate is provided with hooking portions. The housing is formed with stoppers for restricting a rearward displacement of the flat cable with respect to the housing by being brought into contact with the hooking portions. A low-rigidity portion is formed in a region of the reinforcing plate rearward of the fixing portions and forward of the hooking portions.
