According to various embodiments of the present invention, an antenna device can comprise: a substrate layer; a source antenna arranged on the substrate layer so as to include a radiating conductor for radiating electromagnetic waves in the direction in which one surface of the substrate layer is oriented; and a planar lens for converting quasi-spherical electromagnetic waves radiated from the source antenna into plane waves.
