The UE includes: a receiver, operative to receive transmissions of a TB performed by another UE using each of a first set of beams respectively; circuitry, operative to perform measurement on the received transmissions, and to select resource for sidelink transmission among candidate resources based on a measurement result; and a transmitter, operative to perform the sidelink transmission with the selected resource, wherein, the circuitry is further operative to preclude, from the candidate resources, one or more candidate resources associated with a transmission using a beam of the first set of beams, if the measurement result of the transmission using the beam fulfills a predetermined condition.
