The main body comprises a plurality of elongated holes that are formed in an arc shape along the circumferential direction of the main body and that are arranged along the circumferential direction of the main body, and a plurality of holes that are arranged along the circumferential direction of the main body between the teeth and the elongated holes in the radial direction of the main body. At least one of the holes is disposed between beams and the teeth located close to the beams, the beams being provided between the adjacent elongated holes.
