At least a part of the electrolyte is held in the first vacancies and the second vacancies. A first ratio r1 of the liquid portion to the gel polymer portion in the first vacancies is within a range of 0.01≤r1≤10. A second ratio r2 of the liquid portion to the gel polymer portion in the second vacancies is within a range of 0.01≤r2≤10.
