The display device includes a pixel array including a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix, a sensor under the pixel array, and a refracting layer over the pixel array. The pixel array includes a first region having a first resolution and overlapping the sensor and a second region having a second resolution higher than the first resolution and adjacent to the first region. The refracting layer includes a first refracting portion having a first refractive index and a second refracting portion having a second refractive index lower than the first refractive index.
