A plurality of spaced apart parallel ribs of the bridge member extend transverse to the cutting edge of the first blade. The plurality of spaced part ribs define a primary cap surface and a secondary guard surface. A first blade mounted to the housing between the primary guard and the primary cap surface. A second blade having a cutting edge extends in a same direction as the cutting edge of the first blade and is mounted to the housing between the secondary guard surface and the secondary cap. The plurality of spaced apart parallel ribs define a plurality of rinse openings extending thru the bridge member.
