The charge and discharge circuit comprises: a charge circuit comprising a battery pack, a first switch set and a charging device connected in series; and a discharge circuit comprising the battery pack, a second switch set and an electrical device connected in series; both the first switch set and the second switch set comprise at least one switch, and the at least one switch in the first and/or second switch set is a semiconductor switch.
