The fixed portion has a case surrounding a periphery of the movable portion, and the movable portion has a coil substrate on which a coil is formed. The coil substrate has a main body portion and stopper portions projecting outward from a circumference of the main body portion, and the stopper portions are directly opposed to an inner surface of the case.
