The first screw-coupling portion is formed as a female-thread-type coupling portion whose diameter is smaller than a reference diameter of the medicinal fluid inlet. The second screw-coupling portion is formed as a male-thread-type coupling portion configured to be coupled to the female-thread-type coupling portion.
