An outer surface of the inner body may include at least one surface feature visible through the outer body. The main body may include a base portion, a medial portion, a neck portion, and a rim portion each of the inner body and outer body defining a base portion, medial portion, neck portion, and a rim portion corresponding to the base portion, medial portion, neck portion, and rim portion of the main body.
