Various embodiments relate to an electronic device and a method for preventing interference between signals transmitted and received through first and second antennas. To this end, an electronic device according to various embodiments comprises, a first antenna and a second antenna, a battery, a wireless communication module having a coupler, and a processor electrically connected to the first antenna and second antennas, the battery, and the wireless communication module, wherein the processor can be configured to, measure, on the basis of a first signal transmitted and received through the first antenna, the magnitude of components, corresponding to a designated frequency band, of a coupling signal fed back from the coupler, compare the measured magnitude with a designated threshold value, and control at least some elements of the electronic device such that the measured magnitude is reduced to be less than or equal to the designated threshold value when the measured magnitude exceeds the designated threshold value.
