The first pixel structure is disposed in the first pixel region on the substrate. The second pixel structure is disposed in the second pixel region on the substrate. The thin film encapsulation structure is disposed on the first and second pixel structures, and includes a plurality of scatterers in the first module region. The functional module is disposed in the module region on a bottom surface of the substrate.
