The cylindrical housing includes a first-semi-arcuate-section and a second-semi-arcuate-section together forming a clamp of the cylindrical housing. The cylindrical housing includes a plurality of serrated blades positioned along an interior surface of the cylindrical housing provided to remove stray hairs from a section of hair within the clamp formed by the first-semi-arcuate-section and the second-semi-arcuate-section during use.
