In some embodiments, a surgical drape is provided including a surgical table drape and a radiological drape including a first end portion attached to the surgical table drape, an enclosure portion configured to extend from the surgical table drape and enclose a radiological imaging unit and an adjustable closure mechanism configured to secure the upper portion about the radiological imaging unit, a side wall portion extending from the enclosure portion, and a second end portion comprising a weighted material.
