To this end, provided are a wireless communication terminal including: a communication unit; and a processor configured to control transmission and reception of a wireless signal through the communication unit, wherein the processor updates enhanced distributed channel access (EDCA) parameters for channel access, the EDCA parameters being updated based on an EDCA parameter set selected from a first EDCA parameter set and a second EDCA parameter set, and performs channel access based on the updated EDCA parameters and a wireless communication method using the same.
