The display panel includes: a stretchable lower substrate; a pattern layer which is disposed on the lower substrate and includes a plurality of plate patterns in which a plurality of pixels is disposed and a plurality of line patterns. Further, the touch panel includes: a stretchable upper substrate; a plurality of color conversion layers and a plurality of light transmission layers which are disposed on the upper substrate and correspond to the plurality of plate patterns; and a touch electrode which is disposed at an edge of respective color conversion layers and a respective light transmission layer corresponding to each of the plurality of pixels among the plurality of color conversion layers and the plurality of light transmission layers.
