When at least one of the at least one monitoring datum is greater than a threshold, an energy-storage device related to the at least one of the at least one monitoring datum is determined as a target energy-storage device. An accident type of the target energy-storage device is determined according to the at least one of the at least one monitoring datum, a first prompt message is generated, and the first prompt message is presented to a user in multiple manners.
