At least one of the needle shroud assemblies includes: a shroud body having an inner surface forming a cavity; a shroud beam arranged on the shroud body and biased radially outwards, wherein the support component is arranged on the inner surface of the shroud body and configured to form an inner radial support surface for the shroud body and/or for the shroud beam.
