The rear portion includes a telescoping arm guide, a telescoping arm slidably coupled to the telescoping arm guide such that the telescoping arm is moveable relative to the telescoping arm guide, a cable guide coupled to the telescoping arm guide, and a connector. The device includes an optical fiber coupled to the telescoping arm at a first point, coupled to the connector at a second point, and slidably coupled to the cable guide between the first point and the second point, such that the optical fiber includes a medial portion between the first point and the second point, the medial portion including a bend that is greater than or equal to a minimum bend radius.
