The protection circuit includes a first transistor, a first resistor, and a first capacitor. The first transistor includes a first electrode electrically connected to the first voltage line, a second electrode electrically connected to the one signal line, and a gate electrode. The first resistor is electrically connected between the gate electrode of the first transistor and the one signal line. The first capacitor is disposed between the gate electrode of the first transistor and the one signal line.
