The first wireless communication device performs second sensing in a second sensing time designated for a second channel adjacent to the first channel, the second channel being an operational channel of a second wireless communication device. The first wireless communication device communicates with a third wireless communication device in the first channel a communication signal in the first channel based on the first sensing and the second sensing.
