The first metal layer includes a plurality of first metal lines, a plurality of second metal lines, and a third metal line. The transparent electrode layer is disposed in a space formed by the first metal layer. The second metal layer is disposed over the first metal layer and the transparent electrode layer and disposed on a side of the transparent electrode layer.
