The exterior cover covers the support frame on a back side of the sheet conveying apparatus and includes a hook portion provided above a position corresponding to the mounting member in a vertical direction, and a positioning pin provided below the position corresponding to the mounting member in the vertical direction. The support frame includes an engagement portion, engaged with the hook portion and provided at a position above the mounting member in the vertical direction, and a through-hole, formed at a position below the mounting member in the vertical direction, into which the positioning pin is inserted to position the exterior cover with respect to the support frame.
