The apparatus generates a notice object corresponding to the information on the transmission destination, and transmits the notice object to the transmission destination. The apparatus executes the first program of the access ticket to acquire the data when the transmission condition is satisfied, and transmits the acquired data to the transmission destination to set the acquired data in the notice object.
