A PBCH of the SS block that can include a first portion and a second portion of the PBCH can be received. The first portion can carry at least a part of minimum system information. The second portion can carry timing information. The timing information can include information including at least an indication of a SS block index of the SS block within the SS burst set. The SS block index can be determined. A measurement report that can include a measurement quantity from the measurement on the received SS of the SS block and that can include the determined SS block index can be transmitted.
