Provided are methods for Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM)-based sensor for low-level fusion, which can include mitigating a Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) sensor processing path to provide high-confidence, low-level fusion between the camera (passive) and LiDAR (active) imaging.
