The support substrate has a first support portion overlapping the first area, second and third support portions overlapping the second area, fourth and fifth support portions overlapping the third area, a first groove between the first and second support portions, a second groove between the second and third support portions, a third groove between the first and fourth support portions, and a fourth groove between the fourth and fifth support portions. The first and second grooves extend along the second direction. The third and fourth grooves extend along a first direction.
