A first inefficient activity of the customer can be determined based on the payables transaction data. A second inefficient activity of the customer can be determined based on the receivables transaction data. A first recommendation to address the first inefficient activity and a second recommendation to address the second inefficient activity can be determined based on services or products available to the customer. The first and second recommendations can be displayed to the customer in a simplified and user-friendly manner to facilitate efficient review and discussion with a representative.
