The beam sweeping includes each of the plurality of synchronization signals forming a different beam and transmitted from the base station during a predetermined period of time. The control unit determines, from a plurality of pieces of beam sweeping configuration information, one piece of the configuration information based on priority between a plurality of types of beam sweeping and receives the synchronization signal or report the received synchronization signal to the base station using the one piece of the configuration information determined based on the priority. The number of the synchronization signals transmitted during a predetermined period of time varies among the plurality of pieces of beam sweeping configuration information.
