According to some embodiments of the disclosure, a method includes: receiving information for configuring a trigger condition that an integrated access and backhaul node reports load information of at least one integrated access and backhaul node; and reporting the load information of the at least one integrated access and backhaul node in the case that the trigger condition is met, wherein the load information includes a load status indicator of the integrated access and backhaul node.
