One subsystem involves the production schedule for the residential units of multi-unit dwellings. The associated move-in/move-out subsystem determines a first set of the residential units comprising vacant units being turned over to become rent-ready, a second set of the residential units comprising units under renovation, and a third set of the units comprising rent-ready units. Additional modules or subsystems for the computerized system identify and improve workflows related to management of the multi-unit dwellings and residential units therein, such as virtual tour development, residential unit damage processing, and stale apartment rentals.
