In some embodiments, a system for presenting promotion indicators comprises a database configured to store user data, a control circuit configured to receive a user identifier, determine an identity of the user, receive a location indicator, determine a location of the mobile device, select a promotion, transmit a promotion indicator associated with the promotion and an application configured to be executed on the mobile device, wherein the application when executed by the mobile device is configured to receive the promotion indicator, cause presentation of a notification that the promotion indicator is available, determine that the mobile device is oriented toward the location, cause presentation of an augmented reality presentation including the promotion indicator, receive selection of the promotion indicator, and cause transmission, to the database, of the user identifier and an indication of the promotion.
