Also provided herein is a method of treating, preventing, or ameliorating one or more symptoms of a diabetes in a renally impaired subject with a GKA. Additionally, provided herein is a method of treating, preventing, or ameliorating one or more symptoms of a chronic kidney disease with a GKA.
