The wireless communication terminal includes a transceiver configured to transmit/receive a wireless signal and a processor configured to control an operation of the wireless communication terminal. The transceiver receives a MAC frame including information on a plurality of wireless communication terminals that are to receive data from a base wireless communication terminal. The plurality of wireless communication terminals include the wireless communication terminal and receive data from the base wireless communication terminal based on the MAC frame.
